What is OEA?
Oleoylethanolamide (OEA) is a naturally occurring lipid signalling molecule produced in the small intestine after eating.
How much OEA is in each daily serving?
300 mg of ultramicronised OEA per daily serving (2 softgels).
What else is in the softgel?
Refined olive oil, sunflower lecithin, mixed tocopherols (vitamin E), and a softgel capsule of gelatin, purified water and calcium carbonate.
Is OLEACORE™ vegetarian or vegan?
The softgel capsule contains gelatin, so it is not vegan or vegetarian.
Is it non-GMO and gluten-free?

Usage & Dosing
How do I take OLEACORE™?
Week 1 (Titration): 2 softgels once daily, 30–60 minutes before your largest meal. Week 2 onwards: 1 softgel twice daily, 30–60 minutes before breakfast and your evening meal.
Can I take it with food?
OLEACORE™ is designed to be taken before meals for optimal timing with your body's own satiety signalling.
What is the maximum recommended dose?
Do not exceed 2 softgels (300 mg OEA) per day unless advised by your healthcare professional.
How long before I notice a difference?
Most people describe a gentle, gradual shift in appetite awareness within the first 1–3 weeks of consistent daily use.
