The Satiety Guide

Satiety is the everyday sense of having eaten enough — the natural signal that tells your body a meal is complete. It's shaped by what you eat, when you eat, how you eat, and by your body's own internal messengers.

Everyday habits that support satiety

Prioritise protein at each meal

Protein is the most satiating macronutrient. Aim for a palm-sized serve at every meal — eggs, fish, chicken, legumes, Greek yoghurt.

Include quality monounsaturated fats

Extra-virgin olive oil, avocado, olives and nuts provide oleic acid — the same fat family from which the body makes its own OEA.

Slow down and eat mindfully

It takes roughly 20 minutes for post-meal fullness signals to register. Put your fork down between bites.

Front-load fibre

Vegetables, whole grains and legumes at the start of a meal slow gastric emptying and support fullness.

Sleep and hydration

Poor sleep and mild dehydration both distort hunger cues. Aim for 7–9 hours and drink water regularly through the day.

Where OLEACORE® fits

OLEACORE® provides 300 mg of ultramicronised OEA per capsule — the same lipid your small intestine produces after eating oleic-acid-rich foods. It's designed to complement the habits above as part of a balanced daily routine, not to replace them.
